Indian Psychiatry Society's sections on Women's Mental Health & Perinatal Psychiatry present their 5th joint National Symposium in hybrid model. Dr Ashlesha Bagadia & Poornima Mahindru will be conducting one of the pre-conference workshops on perinatal grief.

With over 20 years of experience, working at hospitals and counseling centers, one of the things Ashlesha feels strongly about is reducing the stigma associated with mental health.

Her experience covers many aspects of mental health. At The Green Oak Initiative, she's involved in a community mental health centre in Bangalore. Her training organisation PARC, conducts skill based workshops for clinicians in advanced psychotherapy.

Her personal passion is maternal mental health. Being a Perinatal Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, she helps women with prenatal and postpartum depression.

While we can expect Ashlesha Bagadia to provide key insights on mindfulness for leaders, one can also learn more about how she herself de-stresses.
