Care At Door Medical Service (CADMS) Trust is a charitable trust founded in the year 2009. At No.38,7th cross, Saraswathinagar, Vijaynagar, Bangalore-560 040 by Dr. Sreedhara KC and Mrs. Deepa.S and same registered at Vijayanagar in 28th February 2009. The objectives of this NGO is to provide Medical Service at Door Step for elderly people, to run Oldage Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Educational Institutions, and Hospitals. Free Medical service for residents at different Oldage homes, Free Health Camp for Rural community and Health checkup for Government School students etc.
The Trust has been completed more than 8 years of its existence. Presently, it is one of the best options of total care for Geriatrics / Oldage, Bedridden, physically dependents, palliative and Post hospitalized care. Around 1000 patients were registered throughout India and availed various services from CADMS Trust.
The Oldage/Rehabilitation Center is registered at Department of Welfare of Disabled and Senior Citizen, Bangalore urban District, Karnataka.
