The Reverse Cable Crossover is a shoulder exercise. Add the cable crossover to your regular upper body workout and you'll like what you see!

The following muscles are impacted:
Primary Muscles: Posterior Deltoid, Rhomboids, Trapezius
Secondary Muscles: Latissimus Dorsi

Tip: Start with light weight, this exercise is deceptively difficult to do with good form.
