When I feel angry, agitated, and begin to yell, my go-to is The Blind Scribble! 📝
I take a piece of paper, close my eyes, and scribble out all the stress and frustration I’m feeling in that moment. Then I crush it and discard it. Just like that… I feel lighter. 🌱
It’s a powerful, cathartic release — most effective in the moment, when you are fully experiencing the emotion rather than suppressing it.
