Hello all,
Starting off with morning yoga sessions at mahalakshmi layout from morning 7 to 8.
The class will consist of hatha yoga suryanamaskaar and ashtanga yoga suryanamaskaar's and chandranamaskara, asanas, pranayama and mindful meditation.
Each day will be different focusing on the Union of the mind, body and soul.

Keeping in mind the key is breath awareness, making sure that each one of you are comfortable to move or twist and turn your body along with the breath.
