How weight goes up?

They are invisible 🫥🫥🫥 increases.
Yesterday I had a sore throat and fever.
I took a break from work and mobile communication.
Slept, ate and slept the whole day.

Today up by 700 grams.

I call them invisible 🫥 increase as the weight tend to go up by being unwell.

U will see people say - i don't lose weight no matter what I do.
I go up and down on the same weight scale.
I struggle to lose weight.

Check if you are unwell.
When you are unwell, the chances of staying at the same weight is more.

Hi everyone,
I am getting a lot of messages asking why i have shaved my hair?
i have tonsured my hair at Tirupati Temple in Bangalore.
Few people have texted me to donate for cancer patients and not to promote temple donations - i have donated my 80% of my hair length on 26th December 2024 towards cancer patients.
4th January 2025 my mom met with a life threatening accident and had lost more than 1 litre of blood.
She couldn't recognize me and was not allowing anyone to stich her head wound.
In that moment - 5 ppl held her and we did her head stiches to stop the blood flow.
For me, my hair is my most cherished and treasured belonging and in the moment when i thought i will lose my mom.
In that moment, I kept praying to every god possible. I kept a mannat with Lord Venkateswara that i will donate my hair - just save my mom.
She was in ICU for 2 days and was in hospital for 7 days.
I am still working on her health and trying to keep her memory intact as she had severe internal bleeding inside her head and multiple skull factures. Its a miracle she is alive and not in coma.

i hve felt god multiple times in life and this is very personal to me.

Few people are finding me ugly and some people find me a liar - 3 people have texted me - "you are lying your hairfall has stopped. you hve shaved ur hair to hide ur hairfall".

let time speak on that. WHAT i can do and dont as a doctor - let time speak on that.

If I look UGLY - i am ok to live with it. I hve looked good and i am ok to look ugly also.
In the end its my hair, it affects me and my family and it doesnt affect anyone else.

It might just give sadistic pleasure to women who were jealous of my hair.
Rest i dont think - it should bother anyone.
