It started with me feeding squirrels 🐿️ near the aprajita plants then I saw birds and ants eating too.
It's been two months since I've been feeding them. Made some friends.
Now they don't run away looking at me.
Nowadays ants & 1 squirrel come to greet me near the flower plants in the morning 😁 when I collect flowers for Puja in the morning.

Here is the nutrition mix
Sattu 1 kg
Jaggery 250 grams
Dry desiccated coconut 250 grams
Coconut oil / ghee - 200 ml
Sesame seeds 200 grams
Bajra 200 grams.

They like the taste. Finish it off.

I have stopped adding bigger seeds like sunflower, muskmelon seeds and water melon seeds because it's summer 🌞.

Starting to post testimonials of patients with me & how they felt after ferritin.

I am Posting my day to day food on my stories & my struggle with milk & gluten.
India is a milk drinking/ wheat eating country.
It's difficult to avoid situations & I do end up eating.
Food intolerance has different effects on different people.
I put on weight by water retention created by my gut health which got triggered by eating food I'm intolerant to.
Food intolerance and its effects are real.

It depends on each individual. The reason / condition for which you were prescribed supplements is reduced. We have to reduce dosage even more.

She was taking a magnesium but was taking something her body didn't need.
Then I changed her magnesium after looking at her reports & listening to her symptoms and her acid reflux - cough that was caused because of acidosis stopped.

I didn't use any fancy brand I used basic medical store magnesium.

Please be very careful of how you take magnesium.
It's causing more issues then help. Not everything that you hear in reel is needed by the body. Please check your blood work before you start any vitamins dosage.
