Today I reached hanuman ji temple at 12:30 pm.
The temple was closed. The window you see open in the picture was open. I stood there for almost 10 mins thinking what to as it's far and I can't come back again today. Today being 3rd Tuesday of bade mangalvar and I wanted to do darshan.

I thought I would just knock and ask if they would take the puja bag i brought for hanuman ji.
An elderly uncle in his 80's opened the door.
I asked him if he could take my puja as I have come for very far. He looked at me and said come inside.

I was pretty shocked and I stood there looking at him. He opened the door and said "beta andar avi ja"(Please come inside).
He took my puja bag kept it right in front of the door and said you can sing Hanuman chalisa if you want.
I sat there and did sita raam jaap for 30 mins. There was an elderly aunty cleaning utensils she said hanuman dada took your puja. Dada looks happy.

My mom was so amazing in embroidery. I didn't learn this from her.
So much patience to stitch and embroider a kurta.
Now when I don't have a mom I feel I'm left orphan imagine I feel orphan at 41 years.
I don't know what I am doing in life.
I don't have any plans no goals. I am just helping / working with patients, doing workouts and taking care of my daughter.
I think 2026 will get over like this where I'm missing mom. I get happy looking at things that belong to her and I wish I took care of her better.

Sorry it's white pumpkin used as ingredient, i said white cucumber instead.

It's too hot currently and it's creating constipation complaints in kids. Recently my daughter went through dehydration and constipation.

I use this combination: 1 slice of white pumpkin + 2 to 3 amla + 2 to 3 slices of ripe guava + water - blend in blender. Strain and drink. Kids don't like drinking with pulp.

It works like a charm in reducing dehydration and avoiding constipation.

Best time to drink : 10:00 am / 4:00 pm.

I use this to reduce bloating and fatigue feeling in summers.

It has helped me over the years to avoid feeling bloated.The alkaline nature of white pumpkin cools the stomach and relieves bloating and acidity. Make sure to use ripe guava as it is best for easing constipation.

When I stopped the hair workshop it wasn't an easy call. Imagine accepting in a video your failure to save your own hair.
After 2 years, the decision to restart the workshop wasn't an easy call either.
It showed me my failure on my face. I have relived the moment time and again.
I procrastinated. I told myself I should think of new workshops instead of restarting the hair workshop as it's a lot of work. Too many women to manage.

I looked at my hair and me.
I can start now.
I don't use any product on hair for application except shampoos. That too I buy random brands whichever is on discount.

Past two years I have only focused on nutrition.
I wanted to see what happens.
No oiling.
No hair growth serums.
No checking TDS.
Not choosing hair products as per hair type.
No curl creams no gels no refresh.
No to curl combs.

I went bare. I went minimalist. I stopped everything I believe in. I stopped everything I learnt.
I relearned , revisited and reworked myself

I intend to keep it this way.

Gratitude to everyone who joined the workshop.

Thank you. I don't know when I will do the next workshop.
But this closure was needed.
I didn't realise I needed closure to this.
This win was personal.

Breath work - core building is pure breath work. It requires slow exercises where you are aware of your breath and we move core muscles as per breath.
At 30daysfitnessplan
1) I watch everyone.
2) correct breath and posture with breath.
3) we modify workouts as per the requirement of the person. If you have knees/ ankle and spine issues - we are your people.

I am a trainer with acl torn in 1 knee and meniscus torn in another knee. Since I have Scleroderma on my whole spine - I have arthritis on my whole spine.

Our workouts are meant for people with health issues and we can help you through it.

6 yrs back I was using this Urli to decorate my home with succulents.
It took so much effort to maintain succulents in Urli with a toddler & old dog that I stopped using it.
Transferred the plants to pots.
I was looking for bird feeders and when I was searching online i realised I have this at home so why not use what I have.
It worked ☺️.
It's been a few months now...
Birds & squirrels sit, eat and drink water.
this is beautiful.

I am on a satvik lifestyle so no garlic onion.
So I try to manage 90 grams of protein through veg sources.
nitro clear whey isolate is my current protein.
Since I am lactose, pea, yeast and gluten intolerant so this one works fairly ok for me.
A protein depends on what suits your gut health and currently I'm sticking to this one.

6 tea spoons of coconut milk + 2 tsp of hair mask + 1/4 cup water is enough for my length hair. The Mousse texture is the key.
Your hairfall will be bare minimum. Let me know 😁
