Chronic stress doesn’t just affect your mind.
It exhausts your nervous system.
If you feel tired all the time, it may not be laziness — it may be overload.
Your body is not weak.
It’s overwhelmed.
Here are some tips for you :
1️⃣ Regulate before you rest
Slow breathing (inhale 4, exhale 6) for 3–5 mins.
Your nervous system needs safety, not just sleep.
2️⃣ Morning light within 20 minutes of waking
Sunlight resets your cortisol rhythm.
3️⃣ Move gently, don’t overtrain
Chronic stress + intense workouts = more fatigue.
Choose walking, mobility, or light strength.
4️⃣ Eat within 60–90 minutes of waking
Skipping breakfast can worsen stress fatigue.
5️⃣ Reduce micro-stressors
Too many notifications. Too much multitasking.
Your brain needs fewer open loops.
6️⃣ Schedule “nothing” time
Boredom regulates the brain. Constant input dysregulates it.
7️⃣ Check the basics
Iron, B12, Vitamin D, thyroid — rule out medical causes.
