Urine Leakage Problemಗೆ best treatment ಏನು ?

Urine Leakage After Delivery or Near Menopause? You’re Not Alone. 💧

Many women experience urine leakage after normal vaginal delivery…
And as menopause approaches, urine control may reduce — causing embarrassing dribbling and discomfort.

But here’s the good news 👇
✨ Advanced, non-surgical treatment options are available.

One such option is Laser Vaginal Tightening —
✔ No surgery
✔ No anesthesia
✔ Painless OPD procedure
✔ Completed in just 30 minutes
✔ Walk back home the same day

With just 3 sessions (once a month), many women notice:
✔ Significant reduction in urinary leakage
✔ Improved vaginal lubrication
✔ Reduced sexual discomfort
✔ Better overall confidence

Addressing these concerns early can also help reduce future complications like severe leakage or uterine prolapse during menopause.

There is no need to suffer in silence.
Treatment is safe, simple, and effective.

Mild itching during pregnancy is common due to skin stretching and dryness, especially after the 2nd trimester. Using moisturizers, stretch mark creams, and oils can help soothe the skin and reduce discomfort.

But if the itching is severe, persistent, and not relieved by creams, it may not be just skin stretching. In some cases, it could be related to pregnancy-related liver conditions where bile acids increase and cause intense itching.

In such situations, simple creams won’t help. A liver function test and proper medical evaluation are important, as this condition may require specific treatment and closer monitoring.

Don’t ignore continuous itching during pregnancy.
Consult your doctor early for the right diagnosis and safe pregnancy care.

Want a normal delivery? Start the right exercises at the right time 🤰

One of the most important exercises during pregnancy is walking.
Walking for 30–40 minutes daily helps strengthen the lower body muscles, improves stamina, and reduces the risk of leg clots (DVT) during pregnancy.

Helpful exercises for normal delivery include:
✔ Walking – improves overall strength & circulation
✔ Setu Bandhasana – improves uterine blood supply & pelvic strength
✔ Baddha Konasana – increases hip flexibility & pelvic circulation
✔ Malasana (Indian squat posture) – helps baby descend into the pelvis
✔ Cat-Cow pose – reduces back pain & improves spine and pelvic flexibility

Starting these exercises in the 3rd trimester can support better muscle strength, flexibility, and smoother labour.

⚠️ Avoid these exercises if you have placenta previa, cervical stitch, preterm pain, or any high-risk pregnancy. Always consult your doctor before starting.

Strong body, flexible pelvis, and good circulation can make a big difference during delivery.

Nowadays, many children are reaching puberty earlier than before, sometimes as early as 8–9 years.
The main reasons include obesity, junk food, excess screen time, sedentary lifestyle, and stress. Increased body fat can affect hormones like leptin and estrogen, which may trigger early puberty.

Encouraging outdoor play, healthy diet, less junk food, and reduced screen time can help support normal growth and development.
Awareness among parents is very important for a child’s healthy future.

Urine Leakage After Normal Delivery – A Common but Treatable Problem

Many women experience urine leakage after vaginal (normal) delivery, especially while lifting weight, coughing, laughing, or sneezing. This condition is quite common.

One major reason is excessive straining before the cervix is fully open during delivery, which can weaken the vaginal wall and allow the bladder to descend.
As women approach menopause, reduced estrogen levels further weaken pelvic tissues and the urinary sphincter, increasing the risk of leakage.

Earlier, treatment options were limited.
Today, effective treatments are available, and this condition can be managed successfully.

👉 Awareness is important. Please share this with women above 40 years, mothers, and friends.
Help them know that urine leakage is not something they have to live with.

How can breast size be reduced?

Breast size reduction is mainly done through Breast Reduction Surgery.
Weight loss may reduce size slightly, but large, heavy breasts can still cause back pain, shoulder pain, and poor posture.

👉 Surgery removes excess fat and skin and reshapes the breast to a comfortable, normal size.

PCOD & Facial Hair Best Solution

🌸 PCOD & Facial Hair — What Can Be Done?

For many women with PCOD, facial hair growth becomes a big emotional concern.
Some even feel low confidence or avoid meeting people because of it 😔

At our clinic, we usually follow two safe treatment options:

✔ Medical Treatment (2–3 months)
Hormonal tablets help reduce androgen / testosterone levels, which in turn reduces facial hair & acne.
(These tablets are NOT given for contraception — they are prescribed to balance hormones.)

✔ Laser Hair Reduction
For long-term improvement, laser treatment helps reduce facial hair safely and painlessly.
It gives smoother skin and boosts confidence ✨

Many women who struggled for years feel comfortable & confident again after treatment 💖

PCOD does NOT mean you can’t get pregnant.

In PCOD, the main issue is irregular egg release.
If ovulation happens, pregnancy is possible.

Many women improve with lifestyle changes alone — better diet, sleep, exercise, and stress control.
If needed, doctors give tablets to help egg release.

📌 PCOD is common today, especially in city life.

Saline implants

Saline breast implants – yes or no? 👩‍⚕️

They are cost-effective, use small incisions, and saline is safe if rupture occurs.
But they may feel heavier and don’t last as long as silicone implants.

👉 Choice depends on body & budget.

Silicone Breast Implants – Worth 🤔

Many women ask this question before considering breast enhancement.

✔️ Natural feel & natural look
✔️ Light weight – less discomfort
✔️ Long-lasting (10–20 years)

⚠️ But also remember:
* Surgical scars can be slightly bigger
* Silent rupture risk exists
* Cosmetic procedure – insurance coverage ಇಲ್ಲ
* Cost varies based on implant quality

👉 Proper consultation before surgery is very important.
