Scanning ಅಲ್ಲಿ Ovarian cyst ಕಂಡರೆ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಈ blood testಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ !!

🚨 Diagnosed with an Ovarian Cyst? Don't Ignore These Important Blood Tests! 🩺

Many ovarian cysts are harmless and resolve on their own. However, some cysts may need further evaluation to rule out serious conditions.

If a scan shows an ovarian cyst, your doctor may recommend blood tests such as:
✅ CA-125
✅ HE4
✅ AFP (Alpha-Fetoprotein)
✅ LDH
✅ CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen)

These tests can help assess the nature of the cyst and identify whether additional investigations are needed.

💡 Early evaluation can help detect potential problems sooner and guide the right treatment plan.

⚠️ Never panic after seeing "ovarian cyst" on a scan report—but don't ignore it either. Consult your gynecologist for proper assessment and follow-up.

Breast ನಲ್ಲಿ lump feel ಆಯ್ತಾ? ಈ testಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ!!

🚨 Felt a Lump in Your Breast? Don’t Ignore It 🚨

Many women ignore small lumps in the breast thinking it is “normal” 😟
But remember — while many breast lumps are harmless, some may need further evaluation.

🩺 If you feel any lump in your breast:
✔️ Consult a gynecologist immediately
✔️ A Breast Ultrasound may be advised
✔️ If needed, Mammography & FNAC tests help detect cancer early

⚠️ Early detection can make a huge difference in treatment and recovery.

🧬 Nowadays, hereditary breast cancers are also increasing.
Tests like BRCA1 & BRCA2 can help identify genetic risk — especially if there is family history.

💖 Don’t ignore the signs.

Pregnancy ಆದ ನಂತರ ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ಎತ್ತ ಬಾರದು ?

Can You Lift Heavy Things During Pregnancy? 🤰⚠️

This is one of the most common questions women ask!

👉 1st Trimester (First 3 Months):
Pregnancy is more delicate during this phase.
❌ Avoid lifting heavy items like buckets, gas cylinders, or heavy weights
⚠️ It may increase the risk of bleeding or complications

👉 After 3 Months (2nd Trimester onwards):
✅ Light household work is generally safe
✔️ You can continue daily activities with care

💡 What about lifting your child?
If your child is small (around 5–10 kg), it may be okay occasionally
✔️ Better option: Sit down and hold your child instead of lifting

🚨 Important:
Avoid heavy work if you have:
• Short cervix
• Placenta previa
• History of miscarriage

👉 Always consult your gynecologist before doing any heavy activity

💖 Every pregnancy is different — stay safe, stay informed!
