🚨 Do you know the 15-meter NBC rule?

As per NBC (National Building Code), fire extinguishers must be placed in such a way that no one has to travel more than 15 meters to reach them, especially in areas prone to Class A fires.

Why 15 meters?
Because at an average speed of 1.5 m/s, that’s 10 seconds.

And in fire response, those 10 seconds could decide:
minor incident or major disaster.
