I got introduced Yoga Vriksh through a friend, when I started feeling that my energy levels and physical activity was dipping with long work hours - in front of the laptop. I have thyroid issues , I am overweight with knee issues as well.
I joined Yoga Vrisksh online 1x1 sessions in August 2021.I was not sure if i could do Yoga as my confidence was low.
I must say Ms Sanjeeta and Ms Kala are excellent Yoga Gurus. They exactly understood my needs, and they go at a pace that will motivate me to do my best and better myself in every session. I did not imagine I could ever do Surya Namaskar in my life, after my knee issues from 2017.
Full credit to my teachers - they went really slow, went posture by posture, corrected it patiently and now its about 3 months. I can comfortably do 5 - 6 sets of Surya Namaskar along with the other Asanas, which in itself is a big achievement to me personally!
I feel positive, completely energised and motivated. With a balanced vegetarian diet along with Yoga,I have managed to lose about 7.5kgs in the last 3 months.
If one thinks Yoga classes are not effective via Zoom classes, then they should go thru the sessions with Ms Sanjeeta and Ms Kala.You will be amazed!!
