| Day 7 : Kapalbhati - The Breath That Awakens Inner Clarity

Guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar Ji

Today’s practice introduces Kapalbhati, a powerful Himalayan pranayama that brings the lungs, stomach, and brain into one coordinated rhythm.
This practice sharpens awareness, strengthens breath efficiency, and supports emotional and mental balance — essential for practitioners across all regions and lifestyles.

Kapalbhati is known for its ability to brighten the mind, clear internal stagnation, and build a calm yet alert inner state. The rhythmic abdominal movement refines breath flow and supports deeper pranic activation.

How to Practise
* Sit calm and steady
* Begin with slow, gentle strokes
* Increase intensity naturally as your practice deepens
* Continue for 7 minutes, morning & evening

Students and seekers from many countries are joining Day 7 to cultivate sharper clarity, stronger breath, and heightened inner focus.

| Day 6

Kumbhaka — The Silent Space That Expands the Breath
Guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar Ji

Today’s practice introduces an advanced breath technique from the Himalayan tradition: Bhastrika with Kumbhaka (breath retention).
Kumbhaka represents the stillness between breaths — a space where the lungs deepen, prana stabilises, and inner balance awakens.

In this pause, breath transforms from movement into awareness.
As the lungs hold the breath gently, the system discovers a strength that is rarely accessed in daily life.

How to Practice :
* Inhale softly (3 seconds)
* Hold the breath for 25–30 seconds
* Exhale with ease
Practise for 7 minutes each day.

Students and practitioners from multiple countries are joining this journey to strengthen lung capacity and reconnect with conscious breathing.

— Day 5: Udgeeth Pranayama
With Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar Ji

Today we explore Udgeeth Pranayama, a Himalayan breathing practice that uses the vibration of OM to stabilise the stomach centre and expand the breath from within.

The stomach governs breath rhythm, emotional steadiness, and pranic flow. When this centre becomes calm, the breath grows deeper and inner balance naturally strengthens — a practice valuable for everyone across the world.

How to Practice:
Inhale gently → stomach expands → exhale with OM (7 minutes)

Practitioners from multiple countries are joining this movement to refine breath, strengthen prana, and cultivate inner harmony.

On Day 4, Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar Ji shares Anulom Vilom, a classical Himalayan breathing practice that purifies the inner channels (Nadis), balances the left–right energy flow, and enhances pranic movement.

This alternating breath technique supports respiratory strength, mental steadiness, and energetic harmony — offering practitioners across the world a powerful way to refine breath and revitalise the system.

Watch the Day 4 practice and continue your 7-minute routine.

Breathe with awareness.
Strengthen your inner channels.

A Historic Night of Ancestral Healing & Karmic Renewal

Under the divine guidance of Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar Ji, thousands of members gathered both online and offline to participate in the sacred Ancestral invocations on the occasion of Mahalaya Shraddha, conducted by Akshar Yoga Kendraa.

🌸 In Bengaluru, seekers joined in powerful rituals for healing and release.
🌸 At the holy shrine of Shri Jagannath Puri, invocations were offered in the presence of timeless vibrations, carrying blessings across generations.

This was more than ritual—it was a collective movement of gratitude, healing, and karmic renewal. A moment where lineage blessings flowed into the present, dissolving karmic residues and strengthening our connection to the ancestral stream.

On this occasion, Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar Ji made a powerful announcement—these rituals will now be performed every single year, as an offering to our lineage and as a guidance for the community to walk this sacred path.

As we step into the Nights of Shakti, may this sacred energy continue to expand—guiding us to release inner blockages,
awaken clarity, and walk deeper on the path of transformation.
