The word “Ayu” means all aspects of life from birth to death. The word“Veda” means knowledge or learning. Hence Ayurveda indicates the science by which life in its totality is understood. I t is a way of life that describes the diet , medicine and behavior that are beneficial or harmful for life. The roots of Ayurveda can be traced to the beginning of cosmic creation. Indian phi losophers state that Ayurveda originated from Brahma, the creator of the universe. Brahma is not a mere individual but the unmanifest from the Divine Lord, from whom the whole manifest world comes into being. The desire to maintain fitness, health and longevity is one of the basic instincts of all creatures. Ayurveda in this respect sets the pat tern for other system of medicine. I t is a tradit ion with an antiquity comparable to that of life itself . The material scattered in the Vedas was collected, subjected to rigid tests of efficacy and systematically arranged. Such compilations were called”Samhitas.” Many of these compilations no longer exist. Only three authentic works have stood the test of time and are available today – the Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita and Ashtanga Hridya Samhita.
• The aim of Ayurvedic medicine is to integrate and balance the body, mind, and spirit. This is believed to help prevent illness and promote wellness.

• Ayurvedic medicine uses a variety of products and techniques to cleanse the body and restore balance. Some of these products may be harmful if used improperly or without the direction of a trained practitioner. For example, some herbs can cause side effects or interact with conventional medicines. Before using Ayurvedic treatment, ask about the practitioner’s training and experience.

It was just another day when I received a call from Mr. Vijay Mulye, an 89-year-old retired General Manager from Kirloskar Electricals . He was inquiring about Rozlo Sachet, a laxative product from Pvt Ltd which was available at My Store

Little did I know that this call would mark the beginning of an extraordinary friendship. I delivered a few boxes of Rozlo to Mr. Mulye, and soon we met in person.

As we conversed, I was struck by Mr. Mulye's inspiring personality. Despite his advanced age, he exuded energy and enthusiasm. He shared stories about his life, and I was fascinated by his experiences.

What touched me most was Mr. Mulye's genuine interest in my work. He offered words of encouragement, admiring my dedication and passion. His kind words boosted my morale, and I felt grateful for his support.

Our friendship blossomed, transcending the boundaries of a typical business relationship. Mr. Mulye's warmth and generosity made me feel like I'd known him for years.

As I reflect on our friendship, I'm reminded that life is full of unexpected connections. Mr. Mulye's story is a testament to the power of positivity, kindness, and genuine human connection.

I wish Mr. Mulye good health, happiness, and many more years of friendship. His presence in my life has been a blessing, and I'm grateful for the lessons he's taught me about life, friendship, and the importance of human connection.
