With skilled and principled use of relationship, we facilitate self- knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth and the optimal development of personal resources. The overall aim is to provide an opportunity to work towards living more satisfyingly and resourcefully. Counseling relationships will vary according to need but may be concerned with developmental issues, addressing and resolving specific problems, making decisions, coping with crisis, developing personal insights and knowledge, working through feelings of inner conflict or improving relationships with others. We offer state-of-the-art psychological assessments to help arrive at some hypotheses about persons and their behavior, personality and capabilities. Psychological assessment is also referred to as psychological testing, or performing a psychological battery on a person. Psychological therapies focus on cognitions and behaviors, unconscious relationship patterns that evolved from childhood and self-development. With Life Skills coaching, we set robust platform to explore abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enables individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. Our counselors, soft skill trainers, therapists and faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. Besides, doctorate, post graduate and professional certifications, our counselors and faculty members are also members of top world bodies such as ACA (American Counseling Association), APA (American Psychological Association), BACP (British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy). Counselors are trained to be non-judgmental, reflective, and respectful of individual differences. Our counselors, through continued education and experience, have developed expertise in counseling people with specific needs and specialize in navigating the often confusing, overwhelming sea of human emotions. All of the help and support we offer remains confidential. This means we do not disclose verbal or written information about our counselees or clients without their consents. We customize our programs to align with counselees or clients requirements by providing 1 to 1 (face to face) interaction, email communication, over phone and at work place
