5 Essential Tips for a Healthy Pregnancy
1 - Nutrition Diet:
A healthy pregnancy begins with good nutrition. Be sure to include plenty of fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains in your diet. Avoid foods that are high in sugar, sodium, and unhealthy fats. Eating well helps your baby grown strong and healthy.
2 - Sun and Vitamins:
Getting enough vitamin D is essential for a healthy pregnancy, and sunlight is a great source. Try to spend 10-15 minutes in the sun each day, as long as it's safe for you to do so. You can also take a vitamin D supplement if needed. Other important vitamins for pregnancy include folic acid, iron, and calcium.
