*Announcement*🎨

On account of *World Family Doctor Day*. 🩺🥼, *Family Tree Clinic, Bangalore* invites children between 8 to 15 yrs age to participate in drawing/painting activity, through which we believe that children will understand the importance of having a Family Doctor at the center of all health needs.

Details of the activity:

*Theme: FAMILY DOCTORS: THE HEART OF HEALTHCARE.* ❤️

*Step 1*: Please fill the google form to register:

*Registration is mandatory for participation.*

*Step 2*: The instructions for the submission will be mailed to you once you fill the google form. Follow the instructions and submit your entries to us on or before *May 15th*

*Step 3*: Results will be announced on 19th may 2023.
🏆 : Amazon Vouchers worth 1000/-, 750/- and 500/- will be shared as prizes for top three participants. We believe we cannot put a price for the creativity, time and effort that the child expends by participating in this activity. However, the prizes are only complimentary and all the participants will get a participation certificate.
