Creamy, satvik, and festive 🌸 Nutty Yogi’s Phool Makhana Kheer makes every Navratri thali complete 💛
Makhane Ki Kheer
Ingredients (2–3 servings):
1 cup Nutty Yogi Phool Makhana
2 cups milk (or nut milk for vegan)
3–4 tbsp jaggery or sugar (as per taste)
1 tbsp ghee
2–3 cardamom pods, crushed
Chopped nuts & saffron strands for garnish
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, lightly roast makhana until crisp.
Crush half the roasted makhana coarsely, keep the rest whole.
Boil milk, add makhana, and simmer till soft and thickened.
Stir in jaggery/sugar and cardamom.
Garnish with nuts & saffron, serve warm or chilled.
