Navratri Special – Almond Ladoos 🌼

Simple, nourishing, and perfect for fasting days, these almond ladoos make for a wholesome prasad or a comforting festive sweet.

Made using Nutty Yogi Almond Flour and Coconut Sugar, they bring together rich flavours with mindful ingredients — just the way festive food should be.

Ingredients:
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Saffron milk – ¼ cup
• Nutty Yogi Almond Flour – 1 cup
• Coconut flour – ½ cup
• Nutty Yogi Coconut Sugar / Jaggery powder – ½ cup
• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Method:
• Heat ghee and saffron milk on low flame until it gently boils.
• Add almond flour and coconut flour. Mix well.
• Stir in sugar/jaggery powder and cardamom powder.
• Cook for 2 minutes until the mixture binds together.
• Let it cool slightly, then shape into ladoos.
• Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.

नवरात्रि व्रत स्पेशल RAGI SABUDANA PAYASAM...
Make this Chaitra Navratri a celebration of health and devotion! Our Navratri Special Ragi Sabudana Payasam is a nutritious and delicious dessert, crafted with Gluten-Free Organic Ragi Flour from . Enjoy this wholesome treat on Vrat or as an offering to the goddess.

Ingredients :
1. Ghee 1 tbsp
2. Almonds & Cashes 5 to 6 each
3. Organic Ragi Flour 2 tbsp
4. Water 1 Cup + 2 Cup
5. Sabudana 1/2 Cup
6. Sugar 1/2 Cup
7. Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp
8. Milk 1 Cup

Method :
1. In the pan add ghee, almonds & cashews. Roast for a minute and keep aside.
2. Now in the same pan add Ragi flour in ghee and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Now take it aside in a bowl, add water, mix and make a mixture.
4. In pan add water and soaked Sabudana, cook until it’s translucent. Now add sugar & elaichi powder and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add ragi mixture & cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Now add nuts and milk and cook for 2 more minutes and then switch off the flame.
7. Garnish with nuts & serve.
