The thyroid is also related to vishudhhi chakra or throat chakra.
The asanas included here will stimulate the throat chakra or thyroid gland and help regulate the thyroid.🌿

FROM BED REST TO BACK IN ACTION - NITIN’S JOURNEY IS PROOF THAT IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO RECLAIM YOUR HEALTH!

Nitin, a cricket enthusiast and captain of his office team, found himself struggling on the field as weight gain and a sedentary lifestyle took a toll on his performance. Earlier this year, during a cricket tournament, he suffered a back spasm that left him on bed rest for 3-4 weeks. That was a turning point — he realized that years of focusing on his job had led to weight gain, digestive issues like acidity, bloating, high cholesterol and even fatty liver.

BREATHING WITHOUT ANY DISCOMFORT!

Seema was physically active always, but that did not help her to stay in the best of health. She always had low energy levels and low immunity. She used to depend on inhalers and medicines whenever required during season changes.

Also, she had been facing digestive issues for many years. Gastric issues and acidity were her constant companions. Seema had tried multiple treatments for 10 years, but all of those gave her only temporary relief.

Nikunj had struggled with his weight for years and had tried multiple things in the past, only to be disappointed with the results.

Determined to make a positive change in her life, Taru embarked on a journey to gain weight and improve her overall well-being. She knew that achieving her goal would require a disciplined approach and a combination of proper nutrition and regular exercise.

Taru consulted with her husband, a wellness coach with the WQ community, who created a tailored diet plan to help her gain weight healthily and sustainably. She diligently followed her diet plan, ensuring she consumed enough calories to support her weight gain goals. Over the next six months, her weight steadily increased from 44 kg to a healthier 50 kg.

JOY OF MOTHERHOOD!

Dhanalakshmi is an IT professional from Bangalore. During the early years of her career, her erratic lifestyle led to weight gain and irregular menstrual cycles. Later she came to know she had PCOD, but it didn’t bother her. Once she entered married life and started planning for her family, that’s when it hit her hard.

She was unable to conceive and even sought medical help to conceive, but nothing helped. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts, she felt dejected. It was around the same time she saw the health transformation of one of her friends and decided to work on her health.

She reached out to the same WQ coach and with new found hope, she started her wellness journey. Within 3 months, she lost 7 kg of weight, got free from all PCOD symptoms and her menstrual cycles became regular.

Not only that her vitamin D improved from 23.5 to 31, B12 from 188 to 245, iron from 48 to 104, her triglycerides reduced from 169 to 111 and uric acid from 6.4 to 5.3.

REGAINING MY HEALTH!

ā€œI want to share my recent wellness journeyā€, says Tusnin.

Growing up, he was naturally fit and actively involved in sports. However, as life became busier, Tusnin neglected his health — ignoring proper diet, sleep and exercise.

It wasn’t until his late thirties that he began experiencing health issues.

Despite recognizing the need to regain his health, his attempts were unsuccessful.

Dieting didn’t work and workouts often led to injuries due to increased body weight. His love for food, especially sweets, made it difficult to control his eating habits.

By the time he turned 40, Tusnin was overweight and dealing with knee pain, back pain and digestion issues.

But then he connected with his college junior and a WQ coach, and with his guidance, began his wellness journey, focusing on small, achievable changes to his diet and lifestyle.

Within two weeks, Tusnin started noticing visible improvements, which motivated him to continue. By the end of the program, Tusnin lost 14 kg, his digestion issues had resolved, his knee pain had disappeared and he felt much more energetic.
