REGAINING MY HEALTH!
āI want to share my recent wellness journeyā, says Tusnin.
Growing up, he was naturally fit and actively involved in sports. However, as life became busier, Tusnin neglected his health ā ignoring proper diet, sleep and exercise.
It wasnāt until his late thirties that he began experiencing health issues.
Despite recognizing the need to regain his health, his attempts were unsuccessful.
Dieting didnāt work and workouts often led to injuries due to increased body weight. His love for food, especially sweets, made it difficult to control his eating habits.
By the time he turned 40, Tusnin was overweight and dealing with knee pain, back pain and digestion issues.
But then he connected with his college junior and a WQ coach, and with his guidance, began his wellness journey, focusing on small, achievable changes to his diet and lifestyle.
Within two weeks, Tusnin started noticing visible improvements, which motivated him to continue. By the end of the program, Tusnin lost 14 kg, his digestion issues had resolved, his knee pain had disappeared and he felt much more energetic.
