I come across a lot of students having severe headaches and migraines which affect their day to day activities. There is a very simple MUDRA you can practice to over come this.
MAHASIRS MUDRA:
1)Touch the tip of your index and middle finger to the tip of your thumb.
2) Touch the tip of ring finger to the inner palm.
3) Open the little finger.

Do this with both your hands and continue with normal regular breathing for 1 minute.
This can be practiced anywhere in a sitting upright posture, at your desk, while praying/doing pooja, during lunch etc.
Do 5 sets of 1 minute each.
You can then slowly increase the time to 5 minutes during each set.
