Lemon Cucumber Mint Alkaline water the tasty simple recipe.

Here's a simple recipe for cucumber lemon mint water that you can easily prepare at your workplace:

*Ingredients:*

- *1/2 cucumber*, thinly sliced
- *1/2 lemon*, thinly sliced
- *5-6 fresh mint leaves*
- *1-2 liters of water*
- *Ice cubes* (optional)

Instructions:

1. *Prepare the Ingredients:* Start by washing the cucumber, lemon, and mint leaves thoroughly. Thinly slice the cucumber and lemon.

2. *Assemble the Water:* In a large pitcher or a water bottle, add the cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves.

3. *Add Water:* Pour in the water, filling the pitcher or bottle. If you like your water chilled, add some ice cubes.

4. *Infuse:* Let the mixture sit for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse into the water. If possible, let it infuse in the refrigerator.

5. *Enjoy:* Pour the infused water into your glass and enjoy a refreshing and hydrating drink throughout your workday.

Additional Tip:

You can refill the pitcher or bottle with more water once you've drunk about half of it, and let it infuse again to get more out of the ingredients.

Do you hear ringing, buzzing, hissing, or other noises in your ears even when there is no sound around? You may have tinnitus. Tinnitus is a common condition that affects millions of people worldwide. It can be caused by a variety of things, including exposure to loud noise, earwax buildup, and certain medications.

While tinnitus can be annoying, it is usually not harmful. However, if your tinnitus is severe or interferes with your daily life, it is important to see a doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

Tips for managing tinnitus:

-Avoid loud noise.
-Get enough sleep.
-Manage stress.
-Use a sound machine or white noise app to mask the tinnitus sound.
-Consider cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you cope with the tinnitus.
