To practice Standing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) with wall support, stand with your back to a wall, warm up, then gradually bend back, placing hands on the wall, and walk hands down the wall as you push hips forward, using the wall for balance and depth, focusing on opening the chest and keeping hips aligned before walking hands back up and releasing, always listening to your body and maintaining core engagement.
