“A glimpse of my journey.”

Life can change in ways we never expect.

Not long ago I was active, running, celebrating life.Today I am walking a different path — a healing journey I never imagined.

Losing my Papa and now facing Big C has been one of the hardest chapters of my life. 🙏🏻But through it all, I can see that God has never left my side.

So I continue… slowly, gently, one day at a time.

🩷 Welcome to Stay Slow Anak 🩷

Recently I was reminded of a gentle message: “Stay slow, Anak.”

In Filipino, Anak means child — a loving reminder that we are all God’s children.

This page was inspired to create during this very moment of my life. I am currently walking through a challenging Breast cancer journey, learning to take life one day at a time and trusting God more deeply than ever before.

Many quiet moments of this experience, I felt that gentle reminder in my heart — to slow down, breathe, and trust God’s timing.

I created this space to share reflections of faith, quiet strength, and encouragement for anyone going through difficult seasons in life.

And especially for those who may be silently fighting their own personal battles including those walking through cancer — please know you are not alone. 🙏🏻 Please, take along with you this powerful inspiration from my Spiritual mentor "BELIEVE -TRUST-SURRENDER 🙏🏻
