Today I will show some pranayam.Everyone should do this practice , especially those who suffer from Hypertension, Anxiety, Insomnia, any severe headache, migraine, Stress , Tension, Acidity or any concentration problems. There is no limitation. You can do these practices during the pregnancy also. And There is no time limit to do such Pranayama. You can do 5 to 10 min for each Pranayam. And I would like to tell you one more thing, You can do this practice in bed also in a sitting position or lying down & on a chair, whichever you are comfortable . But make sure to do it in the proper way, (spine should be straight) and also focus on your breathing. You should do this practice everyday on an empty stomach, at least 15 - 20 min.Then only you can get good benefit of it.
