We are happy to see our founder, Pradeep Mehta - Samsara be a part of the insightful discussion hosted by central and BrandStory Digital on “Wellness at Work”.

Trees possess remarkable healing abilities, recognized by Taoist Masters for centuries. They not only convert carbon dioxide into oxygen but also transmute negative energies into positive ones. Firmly rooted in the Earth, trees draw in both earthly and celestial energies, nurturing themselves and the environment.

To absorb Earth Energy:

1. Focus on warming your navel and channeling energy upward to your crown.

2. Extend your Chi into the tree's trunk, establishing a connection with it.

3. Stand at a distance from the tree, projecting your energy into it. Let the tree absorb any negative energy, returning balanced energy in exchange.

4. Direct the combined energy downward through the tree's roots, purifying it with Earth Energy. Draw this purified energy back up through your body's energy channels, repeating the process multiple times.
