Summer is the best time to detox! To have lots of fresh juices and keep yourself cool, healthy and hydrated.

Have Banana stem juice every morning on an empty stomach specially if you have acidity, bloating, indigestion, constipation. Also for kidney stones, prostate issues, UTI, high uric acid levels, even sugar BP cholesterol.
This cooling, healing, hydrating drink is very easy to make and abundantly available.

Recipe
Serves 1
200-250 mL juice
3 inch banana stem
2 twigs fresh mint
1tsp jaljeera powder

Blend everything together with half a cup water. Pour it through a muslin cloth, sieve and squeeze, and enjoy a refreshing, yummy, detox drink.

ALKALINE WATER

Our bodies can become quite acidic due to eating too much sugar or fats or even pollution and junk food.
High acidity in the body is cause for accelerated aging of the organs, gastric problems , viral attacks, heat etc..
A simple way to combat it is to drink Alkaline water

To make it just add lemon or cucumber to a jug of water, add fresh mint for fragrance. You can use it throughout the day and keep cool :)
