Other than being a food fanatic and managing my home kitchen for 20 years. I have taught in Canada (indian cuisine) and India (Pan Asian, Mexican). My repertoire however extends quite a bit further. I like my meats, specially fish though veggies are an absolute essential. My recipes are inspired exclusively and extensively through referencing/research. Having no religious bias or hangups, my recipes are inspired by ideas from any multiple ethnic backgrounds. Within available means and time, something that you have always wanted to cook, or the taste of that dish, lingering at the back of your palette, might just be a possibility.
