A male patient aged 34 years presented with complaints of persistent cough with breathlessness since past 5 months. Even after taking a lot of cough medications and syrups he was getting no relief and the symptoms were getting worse day by day. His X-ray was completely normal. But his IgE level was raised to 494.8 IU/mL which is a hallmark of ALLERGIC DISEASES. A male patient aged 20 years consulted with me 2 months ago with c/o pain in lower abdomen, urinary incontinence, diagnosed with right renal calculus and right upper ureteric calculi.
