শীতকালে আমাদের কম বেশি প্রত্যেকেরই জ্বর, সর্দি কাশির মতো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হয়। কিছু homemade remidies এর মাধ্যমে আমরা কিছুটা হলেও নাক বন্ধ, গলা ব্যাথা, মাথা যন্ত্রণার মত সমস্যা থেকে উপশম পেতে পারি..
আজ যেটা নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো সেটা হলো Peppermint tea বা পুদিনা চা।
