In a twin pregnancy, the initial infant, presenting with breech and intrauterine growth restriction, was delivered via Cesarean section. Immediate neonatal resuscitation was successfully performed by Pediatrician Dr. Sukanta Nandi, newborn cried well. The subsequent infant was delivered in a cephalic presentation.
