As we are observing the breastfeeding week of this year,I would like to enlighten my audience with the fact that World Breast Feeding week is a global campaign celebrated every year from Aug1 to 7.
Every new born should get 6 months of exclusive breast feeding followed by 1.5 years of inclusive breast feeding in which supplements are to be added.Mother's milk is mandatory for building strong immunity in a newborn's body.Please promote breast feeding and try to avoid the use of replacements such as lactose containing artificial milk unless it's unavoidable.

Non communicable diseases like Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes,Cancer etc are caused either due to genetic history or mostly due to lifestyle habits.
H/O alcohol consumption,smoking, lethargy,no physical exercise and more tendency of consuming fast foods tend to lead to these non communicable diseases.
As individuals we are solely responsible for our health and thus should take appropriate measures to adopt healthy lifestyle to avoid these kind of noncommunicable diseases.
