Miracles do happen if u have faith on god
One evening Army men came in my opd and requested me to admit preterm baby .. I was surprise and in dilema how he came in class of unaffordability?? I enquire about about weight and condition of baby ..he said weight 800 gm and on ventilator. I quickly understand scenario...🫡
Patient came to our hospital with ET(&without hope)...
But God have some other plan within few days relative attitude change and they were hopeful for survival of baby..thanks to 1 similar patient with birth weight 900 who reached 1.1 kg within 15 days(unfortunately patient took DAMA)..
Patient went thru many high and lows and after 80 days of hardwork patience of mother and NICU team we discharge the patient with 1.46 kg...Patient gaining weight daily and taking feed with katori and spoon...
Summary is 840 gm to 1.460 ,80 days of hardwork patience and there trust on us...

One morning i got call for Normal delivey for fetal distress...I was like casual ..call me after birth...
But voice from other end was like anxious one..so went immediately .. patient fsh was 50-60....
Timely intervention by Dr Alseshya mam..and baby delivered by LSCS...
