What does the WHO definition include?
Mental health
An integral part of health, which is influenced by many factors, including socioeconomic, biological, and environmental factors
Social well-being
Health is created in the context of everyday life, where people work, love, play, and live
How can health be promoted?
By encouraging healthy activities, such as regular physical exercise and adequate sleep
By reducing or avoiding unhealthful activities or situations, such as smoking or excessive stress
By working productively
By contributing to one's community
By coping with normal stresses of life
By realizing one's own abilities
What does health mean in practice?
