Winter increases Stroke Risk — Stay Alert, Stay Safe

In winter we see a rise in stroke cases.
Some patients need ICU care, close monitoring…
And sometimes even brain surgery, leading to longer hospital stay.
Early action saves life.

Know the warning signs — F.A.S.T.
👉 Face drooping
👉 Arm weakness
👉 Speech difficulty
👉 Time to rush to the ER

Keep yourself safe this winter:
• Control BP & sugar
• Stay warm & hydrated
• Take regular medicines
• Avoid smoking
• Stay active

Stroke doesn’t wait. You shouldn’t either.

“People who wait for luck must remember one thing —
Luck only walks with you when your hard work starts breaking its own limits.”

As a doctor, I’ve seen this truth every single day.

There was a young intern in the hospital, exhausted after 36 hours of nonstop duty. His friends used to say, “Bro, selection, promotion, career… all depends on luck.”
But he believed something else: luck shows up only when effort refuses to give up.

One night, during an emergency, a critical patient arrived — no time to think, only to act.
The intern stepped forward, trembling but determined.
He handled the airway, managed the bleeding, stabilized the patient, and saved a life.

Senior doctors later said, “You created your own luck today.”

That day he realized:
Luck didn’t choose him — his hard work forced luck to appear. Destiny didn’t open the door — his effort kicked it open.

So to everyone listening:

Stop waiting for miracles.
Start building them.
Because when you work beyond your limits, luck has no choice…
it must stand beside you.

Education is important — no matter what you have to sacrifice. I’ve seen it change lives inside the OT and outside it.”
Before saving lives as a neurosurgeon, I first saved my dreams through education.”
Hunger fades… struggles fade… but education strengthens you for a lifetime.”
In the operation theatre I hold instruments, but it was education that taught me how to hold my future.”
If you want to rise, study. If you want to transform, educate yourself. That is the first surgery you perform on your life.”
Education demands effort, sacrifice, discipline — but the result is power, purpose, and possibilities.”
Every successful doctor was once a student who refused to quit, no matter how hard it got.”
Your books today become someone’s life-saving treatment tomorrow.”
I fight for life in the OT, but the real fight begins with education.”
No matter what life takes from you — time, comfort, even a meal — never let it take your education.”

There was a time…
when I was just like you — a medical student,
confused, tired, and scared about the future.

Every day felt like a fight —
between dreams and doubts.
Between what I wanted… and what life threw at me.

But I learned one thing —
No one will make your place in this world.
You have to earn it.
You have to fight for it.

Don’t waste your energy on anger.
Don’t compare your path with others.
Your journey is yours — unique, difficult, and worth it.

Late nights.
Endless books.
Failed attempts.
All of it will test you —
but it will also build you.

Remember — diamonds are made under pressure.
And doctors are made in struggle.

One day, you’ll wear that white coat,
not just as a uniform,
but as a badge of every sleepless night, every tear, every sacrifice.

So, keep going.
Work in silence.
Let success be your noise.

Because the world salutes the one who never stops.
The one who turns struggle into strength.
The one who fights… and becomes a Doctor.

🎯 “Give Your 100% — The Rest Will Follow”

When I was preparing for MBBS entrance, I wasn’t the smartest student in the room… but I had one thing — dedication.
There were nights when books became my best friends and sleep was a luxury.
There were days when I doubted myself, but never stopped working.

Today, as a Neurosurgeon, when I hold the scalpel in my hand and save a life — I realize,
It all started from those small steps, from that one decision:
👉 “I will give my 100% — no matter what.”

To all my MBBS aspirants — remember this:
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be consistent.
Work with your heart, not just your head.
If you’ve given your best, your selection is not far.

Believe in your efforts.
Because one day, your struggle will turn into someone else’s inspiration.

Spinal Tuberculosis (TB of the spine) is a serious but completely treatable condition — if treated on time and under proper medical supervision.

There are days when nothing seems to work.
The OT feels endless, the results don’t come easily, and exhaustion hits harder than ever.
But that’s when you hold your ground — stay patient and keep working with every ounce of strength.

Because time changes — and when it does, your hard work pays back in ways you never imagined.
The same surgeon who once struggled becomes the one people look up to.

Tough times are just tests…
Keep your patience. Keep your hustle.
The right time will come — and everything will fall into place beautifully.

Some days begin with a smile from a recovering patient…
And some end with tears you hide behind your mask.
Between the heartbeat of hope and the silence of fear —
You learn that medicine isn’t just science… it’s faith.

Every scar you see in the OT reminds you…
Miracles aren’t magic — they’re made of sleepless nights, trembling hands, and unwavering belief.

You don’t always win,
But you always fight.
Because for you, even one saved life means a lifetime of purpose.

He came to us with weakness on the left side — unable to lift his arm, unable to take a proper step. A sudden brain stroke had changed his life in seconds.

We admitted him to the ICU, closely monitoring every heartbeat and every movement. Days turned into weeks, and slowly, his body began to respond. With each therapy session, his hand gained strength, his leg found balance, and his hope returned.

Today, he walks on his own — a reminder that recovery may be slow, but it’s never impossible.

As a neurosurgeon, moments like these remind me that healing is not just about medicine — it’s about patience, consistency, and the will to fight back every single day.

Sometimes bones break.
Sometimes your body gives up before your spirit does.
There are nights when your eyes burn from sleepless hours,
and your hands still hold steady — because someone’s life depends on them.

You question yourself, you fight your own limits,
but you never stop.
Because the journey of a neurosurgeon isn’t about comfort —
it’s about commitment.

You learn that success doesn’t come from talent alone,
it comes from the courage to show up every single day,
even when everything inside you says “rest.”

And one day, you look back and realize —
every scar made you stronger,
every failure taught you patience,
every pain shaped your purpose.

You did it in your own way.
And in the end… everything was alright.
