We managed a patient in Obstetric shock ( traumatic PPH), patient was referred to us (and required 4 inotropes )

We did *Emergency Lapartomy & bilateral IIAL (internal illiac artery ligation)*) *removal of bleeding cervical stump & bladder repair* to control the pelvic bleeding.
Happy to see that patient recovered completely from this life-threatening complication
