B Pharms are now barred from working as Hospital Pharmacists in Bihar as per the court order of the honourable Patna High Court. The state government opposed B Pharma as the qualification to work as Hospital Pharmacists.

In Bihar only Diploma in Pharmacy students are eligible to fill the form for the post of Pharmacist in continuation of order of Patna High Court in LPA no 158/2020.
The condition of B Pharmacy students is like this

Dear Friends,

Please go through the PHARMACY ACT, 1948.

The Act have 5 Chapters and 46 Sections. Identify the experts in the field defined in Chapters and make separate teams for each Chapters/Sections to divide the work and keep deadline of one week from today, so that a rough draft may be ready by each team. Then we will finalized in a single Draft.

It may be noted that the expected first Meeting of Expert Committee members is on 10th April.

Till then, I hope all will try to avoid any other posts in group.

One more thing, THINK BIG more than MACP, PROMOTION, CHO post etc.

If we are able to stop encroachment of our Pharmacy Profession by others through this Act, then we will grow up like nothing..

Think about Pharmacy practices in Western and Developed Countries. We need to reach to that status.

Please ignore every other negative thoughts and start working with your Pharmacy groups.

Every minute is very important.
