Today our motivation is
His Journey to fitness started in 2019. As he started, there was a lockdown so little by little he began his journey but could not get that consistency, After a year in 2020 there was another lockdown, in spite of all this he didn't lose the motivation & spirit of achieving his goal inside him. In the year 2021, he joined us
His Target was Muscle gain but back then he had no clue about proper nutrition. The muscle-gaining process is not the same as fat loss. It requires time & patience. Because it is a time-consuming process the main key to this process is "Consistency" & He knows how to maintain it, in this one-year process with us he has transformed into a very better version of himself.
With us, he has gained all the knowledge about nutrition, and diet that he had to maintain for his goal.
Now, After one year he gained all the knowledge which includes what is proteins, the importance of vitamins, what are calories and all the necessary parts of the diet. his consistency played the main role in his journey & now he knows “Fitness is for life and not for one day”
And by this Transformation, you will know by yourself, if you have the knowledge about proper nutrition of your own diet and if you are consistent with your workout, which is for your own benefit. the results be definitely at your doorstep
