This is a patient with a right knee ligament injury, the Anterior Drawer Test is performed to assess the integrity of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). The patient lies on their back with the knee flexed at 90 degrees. The examiner stabilizes the lower leg and gently pulls the tibia forward. Excessive forward movement compared to the unaffected knee indicates a positive test, suggesting a possible ACL tear or injury. Further evaluation, such as imaging and appropriate management, should be pursued.
