Hi All

We are pleased to share you ...one more glorious moment of BALLARI HRUDAYALAYA.....

80 year old woman who was active in daily life till previous night presented to us with almost breathing her last breaths reached us in early morning from Hospet .... her heart rate was barely 26 per minute BP not recordable... first time detected diabetes and acidosis ...ECG showed inferior wall heart attack with complete heart block ...with heart rate 26 per minute .... immediately taken to Cathlab and temporary pace maker was inserted into right heart (lead in heart in back ground in video) .... with high dose of IV inotropic drugs and fluids her BP and heart rate improved.....her coronary angiogram showed right coronary blood vessel with 90% block followed by 100% block (first 3 seconds of video) .... wire was put across the block and 2 long stents were put (4 to 6 second of video) .... blood vessel block opened perfectly with excellent blood flow (7 to 9th second of video)... she regained her original heart rate after 30 minutes ....
She walked gracefully out of our hospital after 6th day....the vigour and energy of the octagenerian was commendable ....though she gave sleep less 3 nights of monitoring to whole crew of BALLARI HRUDAYALAYA .... while she walked out she just joked I will make it 100 years !.....

Kudos to efficient Nursing staff .... duty docs.... whole crew of BALLARI HRUDAYALAYA...for this first victory of PRIMARY ANGIOPLASTY at our centre ......
