A 80 year Old Man with Severe Cholangitis with Large Impacted stone at Lower End of CBD(1.3Cm) with Cholelithiasis Presented to Our Clinic with Severe Jaundice(11) and High Grade Fever(>101).After Usg and Mrcp and Thorough Resusciation and antibiotics Planned for Operation. CBD Exploration done and Stone Retreived and Repair Done over T Tube.Discharged him Home in a stable condition on POD 3. and Came for Followup on Day 6 and Day 12 and 18.

TODAY On POD 23 Came for T tube Removal.

A 60 yr Old Female Patient came to my Clinic with High Grade Fever Jaundice and Poor Nutritional Status with H/o Ercp and P/S/H of Open Cholecystectomy(Failed Ercp Stent Extraction 2yr back)...Mrcp Suggested Choledocholithiasis and Cholangitic Abscess...Dense adhesiolysis Cbd exploration and ercp stent extraction and primary repair over T tube done...Discharged in HD stable Condition..Really a great challenging case.

A middle aged seropostive(HBsag positive)man presented in my private chamber with cough and weight loss and limping on left leg with intermittent fever for last 2 months.

Preop investigations and CT scan confirmed Large Psoas Abscess of 10*8*9 CM of size.

Incision and drainage done via left gridiron incision and drain placed at a private nursing home.Operation went smoothly and patient is in hemodynamically stable condition.
