To reactivate old patients, confirm appointments, and support the clinic’s advance-booking system through disciplined, professional telecalling.

⏰ Duty Timing
• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: OFF

(Timing is fixed. Punctuality is mandatory.)

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Calling old patient database for follow-up
• Informing patients about doctor availability & advance booking
• Appointment confirmation and reminders
• Explaining booking process (App / WhatsApp / advance payment)
• Updating call status accurately in CRM
• Maintaining polite, professional communication

• 200–300 information calls/day

• ₹6,000 per month

300 confirmed prescriptions per month
• Bonus applies only for old patient follow-up calls

📌 Definition of “Confirmed Prescription”
A confirmed prescription means:
• Patient has not visited the clinic for the last 6 months or more
• Patient was contacted via old patient follow-up call
• Patient physically visits the clinic
• Doctor consultation happens and new prescription is generated

❌ Does NOT include:
• Patients visited within last 6 months
• New patients
• Telephonic advice
• Walk-ins or same-day bookings

Final verification will be done via CRM + clinic visit records.
Management decision will be final.

High-performing telecallers may be promoted to
Branch Coordinator role within 3–6 months.
• Salary after promotion: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

We are hiring one Telecaller only to handle patient follow-up and appointment information calls for MedConnectPlus eClinic.

This is not a sales job.
Calls are short, polite, information-only.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 200–300 outbound information calls daily
• Call duration 20–30 seconds
• Handle patient enquiry & follow-up calls
• Provide correct clinic visit, doctor schedule & booking information
• Convert enquiries into actual patient visits (prescriptions)
• Maintain call & booking records
• Submit daily call & booking report before leaving
