Friends,
We represent a leading NGO in the southern part of Odisha. As is known to one and all, NGOs are working for the welfare of society. We are working for the career development of all masses with a special thrust on the career of students and teachers in schools and colleges.
Here, we wish to state instances in our state of Odisha. Due to the scarcity of B.Ed training colleges, students go outside the state to achieve their degrees. They contact local consultants for this course. Consultants generally have contact with colleges having affiliations with their state universities. In addition to two years of studies, English, one optional as recognized by Odisha, and the college must be affiliated to NCTE, New Delhi. But, the sad part is that many students need to get degrees affiliated with NCTE, New Delhi, which is a must to get service as a Teacher in different schools in Odisha.
We are guiding students to deposit their fees through demand draft or transfer of payments to concerned colleges. We train our students (Preferably Lecturers of colleges) on the same principles for Ph.D. degrees from NAAC A, A+, and A++ universities.

.Friends, 80% of Engineering graduates in India are unfit to take any job in Engineering in our economy. It is seen that many Engineers are taking part in the competitive examination of the non-Engineering category. IIT graduates are not immune to this syndrome. Various agencies report that our Engineering graduates need to possess the industry requirements skills in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and wireless technologies. Our education system imparts theory-based knowledge. It is also seen that a low proportion of Engineering graduates do projects beyond their discipline.

Celebrated Panchayati Raj Diwas with boys of our area in Shakti Nagar, Berhampur, Odisha. The students attended are all +2 science students. They were not aware of the importance of the day. We made them aware of the importance of the day. In every learning places, there should be celebration of all important days instead of declaring the days as holiday.

Conducted an eye testing camp for all sections of society. But, out of 170 parsons attended the free testing and minor treating option due shortage of funds, few were provided with spectacles. What, we the knowledge from this eye camp, people prefer to visit eye camps rather to visit hospitals due to pandemic is in action. So, we came to a conclusion at the end that people are free to interact in camps rather than attending hospitals at this point of time. Happy to interact with citizens attended. Thanks to Doctors and supporting paramedics of Ecos Eye hospital for their cooperation and their best service with smile.
