Celebrating Women’s Strength on International Women’s Day!

Today, in honor of International Women’s Day, we made our OPD services free for women, ensuring access to essential eye care. Dr. Sitamani proudly examined a woman patient, marking a special moment of dedication and service.

Adding to the celebration, Dr. Sitamani and Dr. Nafees Fathima cut the cake alongside a special little guest—the daughter of one of our women staff members. She represents the empowered women of the future, and her joy made this moment even more special!

Empowering Women Through Better Vision – Celebrating International Women’s Day!

On this special day, our dedicated women’s team conducted an eye screening camp in Buguda Block, in collaboration with our incredible frontline health warriors—ASHA and Anganwadi staff.

During the camp, we screened several individuals and identified 55 women with refractive errors. To support them immediately, we provided free spectacles, ensuring clearer vision and a brighter future.

Today, on this special occasion, we had the privilege of celebrating with our patients. Out of the total surgeries performed, 15 were for women patients, all from tribal areas. Seeing their bright smiles after receiving the gift of better vision filled our hearts with joy.

As a small token of appreciation, we marked this day with them, cherishing their happiness and resilience. Their smiles inspire us to continue our mission of accessible eye care for all.
