A middle aged male patient previous smoker,presented with gradually increasing dysphagia for solid and hoarseness for 1year. There were no other sinister features or cervical lymphadenopathy. Endoscopic examination of throat (done in our OPD under local anaesthesia ) revealed hemorrhagic vallecular mass also involving epiglottis. Biopsy taken and sent for histopathological examination.

Endoscopy has currently been an indispensable method in many areas of otorhinolaryngology. Telescopic evaluation of larynx using 70 degree angled rigid telescope is very useful in evaluation of specific regions of larynx as an OPD procedure.

A 16 years old girl presented to our center with bilateral ear discharge for 6 years .On otoscopic examination there were bilateral perforations of tympanic membrane .On pure tone audiometry moderate to severe hearing loss .Left cartilage tympanoplasty done through postauricul approach. We are feeling proud to announce that hearing aid trial (both manual and digital) and speech therapy facilities are now available at our PANDEY UROLOGY,STONE AND ENT center with help of speech language pathologist. Speech therapy is the assessment and treatment of communication problems and speech disorders.
Speech therapy may be needed for speech disorders that develop in childhood or speech impairment in adults caused by an injury or illness,such as stroke or brain injury.

A 12 year old boy presented to our OPD with 11month history of left sided nasal obstruction . Upon examination a whitish soft tissue mass was seen in left nasal cavity. A diagnosis of left antrochoanal polyp was made. Under general anaesthesia endoscopic removal of left AC polyp was done. Again a great team work Dr Tripti, Dr Ashok ,Dr C Chaudry sir (anaesthetist)

A 60 year old hypertensive male presented with a 3week history of painless hematuria. Physical examination was unremarkable .Abdominal ultrasound revealed a mass located on right lateral wall of urinary bladder. Under general anaesthesia rigid cystoscopy revealed papillary lesion on the lateral wall of bladder. The patient underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumour.The specimen sent for histopathological examination.
