A young woman reported to us with swelling and pain in her upper jaw since 1 month, she had over the counter medications but it didnt subside, we did local examination and xray(OPG) revealed it as cystic lesion involving 3 teeth in her upper front left jaw. We went with a surgery for cystic enucleation under Local Anesthesia and the remains were sent for biopsy which revealed it to be radicular cyst due to some root pathology.
Patient is doing fine for now and recuperating.

75 years old man with almost damaged dentition reported to us with complain of inability to chew food properly and pain here and there, we went forward with complete extraction of all the remaining teeth as those were not slavageable, then using all on 4 concept of implant placement. 4 implants on the upper jaw and 4 implants on the lower jaw were placed using Implantswiss in a single day 3 hr surgery for which immediate extraction and placement was done! Patient will get fixed teeth after 3 months when the implants have completely healed and osseointegrated with the bone.

A young adult male of 25 years met with a brawl with his local village mates and got his ear bitten and torn off in a fit of rage, the avulsed peice couldn't be stiched back as it had already necrosed till the time he reached us. We immediately went with wound debridement and posteror based random flap repair of the exposed cartilage to save him from infection and perichondritis under Local Anesthesia, Patient is on medications and doing fine post operatively.

A 62yr old lady visited our clinic with chief problem of inability to chew food properly and sensitivity in her teeth, on examination we found out she had several miisng teeth which were extracted earlier due to carious lesions, we planned for a full mouth rehabilitation with smile makeover with Porcelain Fused Metal bridges for her, as she didnt wanted to go for aggresive surgeries and wanted it quickly. A young female patient age 27 yrs had all her 4 wisdom teeth impacted(unable to erupt on time) causing her pain and trismus(inability to open mouth) came to us, we decided to surgically extract all her 4 teeth at once so to reduce her fear of dental extractions and reduce medicine consumption and injections. She had slight discomfort and swelling for intial 3-4 days. 1 week done she is all good now and thankful.
