🌟 భైంసా వైద్యులకు గౌరవ సన్మానము 🌟
భైంసా పట్టణ ఏరియా ఆసుపత్రి సూపరింటెండెంట్‌గా విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్న డాక్టర్ యు. కాశీనాథ్ గారు, నిర్మల్ జిల్లా డీసీహెచ్‌ఎస్ (District Coordinator of Health Services) గా పదోన్నతి పొందిన సందర్భంగా, భైంసా డాక్టర్స్ అసోసియేషన్ తరఫున ఘనంగా సన్మానించడం జరిగింది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా, ఆయన గత 25 సంవత్సరాలుగా భైంసా పట్టణం మరియు పరిసర ప్రాంత ప్రజలకు అంకితభావంతో అందిస్తున్న నిరంతర వైద్య సేవలను వైద్యులు కొనియాడారు. 🙏

భైంసా డాక్టర్స్ అసోసియేషన్ లో .... ఈరోజు జరిగిన ఆరోగ్య అవగాహన సదస్సు విజయవంతంగా జరిగింది. భైంసా డాక్టర్స్ అసోసియేషన్ భవనంలో నిర్వహించిన ఈ వైద్య సెమినార్‌లో ఆదిత్య మల్టీ స్పెషాలిటీ హాస్పిటల్ మేనేజింగ్ పార్టనర్, ప్రముఖ సీనియర్ ఆర్థోపెడిక్ సర్జన్ డాక్టర్ ప్రమోద్ చంద్రారెడ్డి గారు ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరై, సమాజంలో వైద్యుల పాత్రపై విలువైన సందేశం ఇచ్చారు.
భైంసాలోని వైద్యులు అందిస్తున్న సేవలు ప్రశంసనీయమైనవని పేర్కొంటూ, వీరి సేవలు ఇతరులకు ఆదర్శంగా నిలుస్తున్నాయని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా హృద్రోగ నిపుణులు డాక్టర్ జగన్నాధ్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, ఆధునిక జీవనశైలి వల్ల ప్రజలు అనేక ఆరోగ్య సమస్యలకు లోనవుతున్నారని, ముఖ్యంగా హృద్రోగాల రిస్క్ పెరిగిందని పేర్కొన్నారు. స్ట్రెస్‌ను తగ్గించుకోవడానికి మితాహారం పాటించడం, నిత్యం యోగా, నడక వంటి వ్యాయామాలు చేయడం అవసరమని సూచించారు.
అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో డాక్టర్లు అందుబాటులో లేకపోతే, హార్ట్ ఎటాక్ అనుమానించినపుడు ఛాతీ నొప్పి, అధిక చెమటలు వంటి లక్షణాలు కనిపిస్తే తక్షణమే Disprin 75mg లేదా Ecosprin 1, Clopitab 1, Sompraz D 1, Rosuvastatin 10mg 1 గుళికలను తీసుకొని సమీపంలోని కార్డియాలజిస్టును సంప్రదించాలని హితవు పలికారు.
