तमाम उलझनों में, दिशान बन कर आये,
सब सुल्झाकर गये,
आप जितना आये उतना और बाकी रहा,
आपके जाने पर भी, अक्स बाकी रहा,

Not be talked to, desire: Suggests a need to avoid communication or interaction, pointing to irritability, emotional exhaustion, or a need for introspection

It reflects a specific mental or emotional state where the patient likes to remain in darkness and solitude, avoiding external interaction or stimulation.
The patient could describe their feelings or behavior in the following ways:

I just want to be alone in a dark room.
