HOW TO PLANK? 💪
1. With your elbows bent at 90degrees and both forearms resting on the floor, push up with your body so that you form a STRAIGHT LINE from your head to your toes.
2. Look straight at the floor and make sure your elbows are directly under your shoulders.
3. Think of “tucking your tailbone under” so you engage your core and tense your legs to use them too 🔥💯
