Patient with frozen shoulder + cervical radiculopathy
H/o patient have severe shoulder pain and not able to do any household work properly. Difficulty with dressing up, driving also.
Not able to sleep at night cz of pain
Here she came with the above complain and now she’s very happy with us and we also happy to see smile on her face after recovering

patient with the ankle fracture… after spending long time on bed rest,when she’s coming to routine life she feel like she might fall down and sometimes her ankle twisted while walking.. after the 10 days of treatment she’s completely all right…
