I am Dr .Seema Mundada and I have been taking yoga classes and conducting sessions in different cities across gujarat for many years now. These sessions are on Yoga as well as Personality Development for kids and adults. I have specific programmes for both kids and adults. I have conducted my sessions in various schools as well as corporate establishments as a CSR initiative across Gujarat,India

. I believe that 'Yoga' is not just a tool for becoming fit , healthy or disease-free but instead that it is -- "a way of life". Carrying forward this vision, I have successfully trained over 1000+ people carry forward this belief and inspired them to lead healthy lives.
