Have tried hard to removed fractured instrument from apical third of mesial canal but can't succeed.Have removed another 2 files & hope for the best for healing.Here is the result.🙏🏄

A Case Of Re RCT in lower left first molar in which 3 file are Broken in Both MB & ML canal.We have tried to retrieve all the Broken file but unluckily can't remove the file which was at the apex.There are also chances of fractured instrument goes beyond the apex so we haven't disturbed it much.Have obturate both Mesial canals with MTA & Distal with GP.

Dens Invaginatus- A Developmental Anomaly of tooth caused by invagination of crown or root surface before the mineralization occurs.
Large periapical radiolucency has seen in Radiograph.No history of trauma.Little bit of curious to know the reason behind this lesion & In the CT I have got the cause🧐👌💪
Full case will be uploaded but not soon bcz its take time to HEAL😁😉😀

અલ્પવિકસિત દાંત ન મૂળિયાં ની લોહી માં રહેલા પ્લેટલેટ કણો દ્વારા સારવાર
A referred CASE OF REGENERATION of lower right second molar in 12 year old male patient.RCO has been done by other dentist & then case has been referred to me.After negotiating all canals have done BMP & TAB has been place.After satisfactory healing achieve periapically around after 6 weeks bleeding initiated within the canals & then PRF & MTA has been placed.Within 3 months it show tremendous healing.After 15 months we can see that ROOT HAS BEEN TOTALLY FORMED😁. Patient was referred to the previous dentist for further prosthesis.
