यह 55 वर्षीय पुरुष रोगी 5 वर्षों से कूल्हे के जोड़ों के दर्द से पीड़ित था। वह परामर्श के लिए डॉ. नदीम अहमद ओपीडी में आए। उचित जांच के बाद पता चला कि वह कूल्हे के एवास्कुलर नेक्रोसिस से पीड़ित हैं, जिसके कारण गंभीर गठिया हो गया है। मरीज को सर्जरी कराने की सलाह दी गई और टोटल हिप रिप्लेसमेंट किया गया। सर्जरी के अगले दिन पेटिंट को चलने की अनुमति दी गई और तीसरे दिन अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई। अब वह दर्द मुक्त है
